Brad Peralta, Founder & Manager
Aloha! I’m Brad, the founder of Ohana CoHost. I was born and raised in a small town on the Big Island of Hawaii, where I learned the importance of valuing relationships and treating others like family—core values that have shaped who I am today. Growing up with the Aloha spirit has guided my approach to life and business, where kindness, integrity, and hospitality are at the heart of everything I do.
As both a short-term rental owner and host for the past four years, I understand the unique challenges and rewards of managing vacation properties. This hands-on experience allows me to offer practical, tailored solutions that make the process smoother and more profitable for other homeowners.
Before starting Ohana CoHost, I had a successful career in Silicon Valley in software engineering and product management. My time in the tech world gave me a deep understanding of innovation, problem-solving, and how to leverage technology to create seamless experiences. By coupling this background with my Hawaiian roots, I’ve built a company that excels at combining modern solutions with the warmth of personalized, hands-on service.
At Ohana CoHost, we bring these worlds together—offering you not only the latest technology to optimize your vacation rental but also the family-first approach that ensures your property is treated with the utmost care. When you work with us, you’re not just hiring a co-host—you’re gaining a dedicated partner who knows you by name and is committed to your success.
About
Why We're Different
Restine, IL
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Brad's cabin in the Smoky Mountains! From the get-go, Brad was a superstar host—attentive and quick to respond. He provided all the information we needed to find the cabin easily and even shared some fantastic local recommendations that enhanced our experience."
Lexie, TN
"This cabin is nestled up on the mountain with beautiful surroundings. Wasn’t hard to find & looked exactly as pictured. It has all the charm & cozy feel you’d want in a cabin get away. Brad was a great host and communicated clearly and swiftly. Would book again."
Lily, OH
"Brad was a great host. He was always very responsive and proactive in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was secluded but easy to find. We would absolutely stay here again!"
Carter, TX
“We enjoyed every second at the Ohana Bear Hugs Cabin! Brad was extremely responsive and made sure that we had everything that we wanted for our trip. The location was the best, made it feel we were not too far away from the surrounding towns, but it was also secluded in the mountain. ”
